Employee wellbeing is more important than ever. Investing time in your people can only benefit your business.  

MJV Consulting are trained and able to offer a workplace wellbeing and support service. This could take various forms, including:

- MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID - with a qualified Mental Health First Aider in the team, we can serve as a point of contact providing reassurance for a person who may be experiencing a mental health issue or a period of emotional distress and hold supportive conversations using the Mental Health First Aid action plan and then signposting to any relevant professional help as required.

- WORKPLACE HELPING CONVERSATIONAL SUPPORT - we are qualified to offer a helping conversation service to employees who may benefit from low level support intervention. Perhaps a regular weekly conversation with our qualified team member - we can tailor this to your business/individual employee needs but please note this is NOT a counselling service but a helping service for low level intervention where counselling skills are used.

- WORKPLACE WELLBEING STRATEGY - we can work with you to implement and maintain a workplace wellbeing strategy to ensure your employees feel looked after while at work. This is about knowing your people and what's important to them. We will work with your teams extensively to really understand them before developing any strategies.

- WORKPLACE MINDFULNESS - we can work with you and your employees on practicing mindfulness in the workplace. This could be a one off advisory session on mindfulness practices or we could set up a monthly mindfulness session.

- WORKPLACE MEDIATION - should you need to manage a workplace conflict - we are able to offer workplace mediation which is a voluntary/confidential process where we can work with all parties involved to try and reach an agreed solution.

This service would form part of our retained HR support service. It is not available as an ad-hoc service.
