As a CIPD qualified HR Consultant, Mary brings over 25 years of HR experience to the business she founded in 2016. With a passion for building relationships with business owners and business leaders, Mary thrives in sharing her knowledge and wisdom of all things people related with our clients.
Mary's wider career experience has been spent working at a senior operational level within the Global recruitment industry which enables her to bring a vast specialist knowledge in international recruitment compliance to any client relationship.
Position: Wellbeing Lead
Claire has over 10 years experience of working in the public sector - both policing and working for local government dealing with anti-social behaviour. Her experience of dealing with conflict, vulnerable people and criminal/asb legislation means she is able to bring a wide knowledge base to the team at MJV Consulting.
Claire is trained in counselling skills and mindfulness learning and heads up our Workplace Wellbeing services. Claire is also a qualified Mental Health First Aider.
Position: Health & Safety Consultant
Jeff brings many years of expertise to MJV, as our dedicated Health & Safety Consultant who adds an extra level of security for our Clients, ensuring their premises are fire safety secure.
Jeff is a retired fire officer formerly with Surrey Fire and Rescue Service.
Position: Business Operations Lead
Ewen heads up our new business and team operations here at MJV.
Having owned his own business and dealt extensively with UK and European markets, Ewen brings 20 years of experience to the MJV team.
Ewen is our resident HR software expert with a passion for helping MJV Consulting clients manage their people admin in the most efficient and secure way possible through our partnership with Breathe HR software.
Ewen is an Accredited Workplace Mediator, via The TCM Group.
